Mobile Wallet - Step by Step Instructions
Apple Pay®
1. Open the Wallet app.
2. Select the + in the upper right-hand corner.
3. Select Continue
4. Select the option: Credit or Debit Card
5. Next you will be prompted to use your phone’s camera to scan the front of your card. If you would like to enter the card information manually, select the option at the bottom of the screen.
6. Enter your name as it appears on your card and verify that the card number is correct. Then select Next in the upper right-hand corner.
7. Verify that the expiration date is correct and enter the 3-digit CVV number located on the back of your debit card. Select Next in the upper right-hand corner.
8. Next you will see a screen pertaining to Terms and Conditions. After reading the required information, select Agree.
If your Owingsville Banking Company debit card is already connected to your I-Tunes account, then your card should be successfully activated. If not, then continue to the next step.
9. Next, you will be given two options: Call Owingsville Banking Company 1-844-646-5465 or Complete Verification Later. Select Next in the upper right-hand corner to call the activation center. Remain on the line and answer the identity verification questions. We apologize for the hold time.
10. At the end of the call your Owingsville Banking Company debit card should be activated and ready to use within your digital wallet.
Google Pay™
1. Open the Google Play app.
2. Select the Payment tab.
3. Next select the button that says +Payment Method
4. Select Debit Card
5. Next you will be prompted to use your phone’s camera to scan the front of your card. If you would like to enter the card information manually, select the Enter Details Manually button.
6. Enter the 3-digit CVV number located on the back of your debit card.
7. Enter your name as it appears on your card
8. Enter your mailing address and phone number.
9. Select Save
10. Next you will see a screen pertaining to Terms and Conditions. After reading the required information, select Accept.
11. Next, you will be given two options: Call Owingsville Banking Company 1-844-646-5465 or Complete Verification Later. Select Next in the upper right-hand corner to call the activation center. Remain on the line and answer the identity verification questions. We apologize for the hold time.
12. At the end of the call your Owingsville Banking Company debit card should be activated and ready to use within your digital wallet.
Samsung Pay®
1. Open the Samsung Pay app.
2. Select the + in the upper right-hand corner and select Add Payment Card.
3. Next you will be prompted to use your phone’s camera to scan the front of your card. Or you can select to add you card information manually.
4. Enter the 3-digit CVV number located on the back of your debit card.
5. Enter your zip code.
6. Once all information has been filled out, select Next at the bottom of your screen.
7. Next you will see a screen pertaining to Terms and Conditions. After reading the required information, select Agree to All.
8. Next, you will be given two options: Call Owingsville Banking Company 1-844-646-5465 or Complete Verification Later. Select Next in the upper right-hand corner to call the activation center. Remain on the line and answer the identity verification questions. We apologize for the hold time.
9. At the end of the call your Owingsville Banking Company debit card should be activated and ready to use within your digital wallet.
